-extract rar-s to get an iso-> rld-sshd.iso
Mount with deamont tools or poweriso
on the desktop create map with random name )
from the mounted iso copy the files into the newly created map (copy-paste)
download Phoenix.exe from the net (can't give u here the rapidshare link)
unrar phoenix.exe into the newly created map



run phoenix.exe
click on instruments->SID unpacker
click on scan a SIM-file
choose Serious Sam HD The First Encounter_disk1.simfrom the
map. mark the files



click unpack and create a new map with name SSHD (in my case)
at the end all is left to do is to copy the three files from the CRACK dir SamHD.exe,serious.DLL, steam_api.dll into newly created map SSHD-> Bin

njoy playing
